Facial reservations not rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will be charged the total amount of the missed service. If there is an unforeseen emergency, the fee may be applied towards another appointment within (5) days, subject to availability. Failure to notify or no show will result in a full service charge to the card on file and cannot be credited towards rescheduled appointments.
