How does it work?

is the account free?
Yes! Creating an account for aqs. rewards is entirely free. You have no obligation to anything.
How do I login or create an account?
To create an account, click the "rewards" icon in the bottom left corner. Once that opens, you'll be able to create a (free) aqs. account. From there, you can earn points on every purchase, plus a few other things listed in the Rewards area!
How can I earn points?
There are so many ways to earn points through the rewards portal including:
- Earn 100 points for telling us your birthday
- Earn 100 points when you follow us on Instagram
- Earn 100 points when you subscribe to us on Youtube
- Earn 10 points for every review written about a product you’ve purchased
- Earn 100 points when you subscribe to our aqs. newsletter
- Earn 100 points simply for creating your rewards account

How do I redeem points?
To redeem your points, login to your account here and click “rewards”. A popup will appear and you’ll see the rewards available. You can choose to redeem and receive a code to use at checkout instantly. That code does not expire and can be used towards one order.
What are the rewards tiers?
Tier I (100 Points): Join this tier immediately upon signing up & enjoy a complimentary perfume sample.
Tier II (1000 points): Enjoy your choice of an at home treatment: liftkiss, patchs defatigante, or platysma mask.

Am I able to exchange one of my free items?
Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges or returns on gifted reward items. If it arrived damaged, please email us at concierge@aqsscottsdale.com.
